OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR
RESERVES IN THE SEVEN YEAR CAPITAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of
Fort Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated
from prior years, and
WHEREAS, the Seven Year Capital Fund has accumulated prior year
reserves in the amount of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($27,900) , and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has favorably
reviewed the planned expenditures of the Seven Year Capital Fund as follows
Olive and Mathews Parking Lot $22,500
Transfort 5,400
TOTAL $27,900
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
reserves accumulated in prior years in the Seven Year Capital Fund the
total sum of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($27,900) for the
projects and programs and in the amounts designated above
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 15th day of April , 1980, and to be presented for
final passage on the 29th day of April 1980
