OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
FUNDS IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues were received, and
WHEREAS, a Capital Projects Fund has been created to which funds
have been transferred for the completion and construction of capital projects,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Council appropriate funds from the
Capital Projects Fund for capital projects to be constructed during 1980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund, the total sum of ONE
HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($185,000) as follows

Olive & Mathews Parking Lot $ 45,000
Service Center Expansion 140,000
$ 185,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of April , A D 1980, and to be presented for
final passage on the 29th day of April. , A D 1980
