HomeMy WebLinkAbout057 - 05/20/1980 - REZONING THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE BOARDWALK REZONING ORDINANCE NO 57 , 1980 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING OPDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE BOARDWALK REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zonino District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by changing the zoning classification from "R-L-P" , Low Density Planned Residential Zoning District, to "B-P" , Planned Business Zoning District, for the following described property in the City known as the Boardwalk Rezoning A tract of land situate in the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which, considering the South line of said Southeast quarter as bearing South 89'56 '28" East, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines more particularly described as follods Begin at a point which bears South 89056 '28" East 553 24 feet and again North 00*03132" East 80 77 feet from the South quarter corner of said Section 36 to the point of beginning, said point being on the northerly right-of-way line of Colorado State Highway 68, and said point also being the beginning of a non-tanqent curve concave to the Northwest having a central angle of 83'08 '25" and a radius of 15 00 feet, thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve 21 77 feet, thence tangent from said curve North 00*15100" West 391 24 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the Southwest having a central angle of 27°31 '07" and a radius of 610 00 feet, thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve 292 9S feet, thence tangent from said curve North 27°46'07" West 315 27 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the Southwest having a central angle of 18040'43" and a radius of 1150 00 feet, thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve 374 90 feet, thence non- tangent from said curve North 43'33 ' 10" East 80 00 feet, thence North 56'34'21" East 207 63 feet, thence East 445 00 feet, thence South 130 00 feet, thence East 210 00 feet, thence South 508 69 feet, thence South 19'21 '24" East 60 00 feet to the beginning of a non- tangent curve concave to the Southeast havinq a central angle of 05 52 '56" and a radius of 866 75 feet, thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve 88 98 feet to the Northeast corner of a tract of land described in deed recorded ,n Book 1862, Pace 753, records of said County, thence tangent from said curve and along the Northerly and Westerly lines of said tract the five (5) following courses and distances South 64'45'40" West 337 72 feet to the beginninq of a tangent curve concave to the Southeast havinq a central angle of 76045'40" and a radius of 15 00 feet, thence South- westerly alonq the arc of said curve 20 10 feet to the beginninq of a tangent reverse curve concave to the Southwest having a central angle of 11°45'00" and a radius of 690 00 feet, thence Southeasterly alonq the arc of said curve 141 50 feet, thence tangent from said curve South 00°15'00" East 378 00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the Northeast having a central angle of 96°52'15" and a radius of 15 00 feet, thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve 25 36 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of said Colo- rado State Highway 68, thence along said Northerly line South 82°53 '25" West 110 80 feet to the point of beginning containing 13 08 acres, more or less Section 2 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced, considered favorably on first/-ireadinq, and ordered pub- lished this 29th day of April A D 1980, 4nd t be pres nted for final passage on the 20th day of May A D 1980 ayO tTo�L City Clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 20t day of May A D 1980 May r ATTEST -2-
