OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 73-32 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING
TO DOOR TO DOOR SALES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 73-32 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows
"§73-32 Going Upon Premises Without Invitation Pro-
hibited
The practice of going in and upon private residences,
streets, public buildings and offices in the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, BY PURCHASERS, solicitors,
peddlers, hawkers, itinerate merchants and transient
vendors of goods , wares and merchandise, services,
books, pictures and periodicals, not having been
requested or invited so to do by the owner or owners,
occupant , or occupants of said private residences,
streets, public buildings or offices, for the purpose
of soliciting orders for the sale OR PURCHASE of goods,
wares, and merchandise, services or books, pictures or
periodicals, or for the purpose of disposing of or
peddling or hawking the same, is hereby declared to be
a nuisance and to be unlawful "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of May , D I980, and to be pre ented for
