OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 47-10 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS INSOFAR
AS IT RELATES TO THE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
FOR ELECTRICIANS AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That Section 47-10(B) (5) of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows
"(5) An electrical contractor shall pay an annual
registration fee of Ten Dollars ($10 00) for the purpose of
defraying the administrative costs of processing an applica-
tion, including, but not limited to, the filing of a per-
formance bond, verification of liability insurance, and
verification that the electrical contractor holds a valid
State license "
