HomeMy WebLinkAbout063 - 06/03/1980 - AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 005, 1980, AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CITY CODE, ZONING THE WEST MOUNTAIN SE a �• ORDINANCE NO 63 , 1980 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 5, 1980, WHICH ORDINANCE AMENDED CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFIED FOR ZONING PURPOSES ThE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE WEST MOUNTAIN SECOND REZONING WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Collins adopted Ordi- nance No 5, 1980 zoning the West Mountain Second Rezoning on final reading on February 5, 1980, and WHEREAS, the legal description contained therein was incorrect NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the legal description for property to be zoned into the "R-L" , Low Density Residential Zoning District set forth in Ordinance No 5, 1980, be, and it hereby is, amended to read as follows "R-L", Low Density Residential Blocks 280, 281, 290, 291 of the Loomis Addition and Block 289 of the Loomis Addition except Lots 21-24 Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 of Washington Place Addition Blocks 1, 2 , 3, 4 and west 1/2 of 5 of Prospect Place Addition North 112 of Block 1, north 1/2 of Block 2 and northwest 1/4 of Block 3 of Kenwood Heights Addition That portion of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 7N Range 69W that lies within the following de- scribed boundaries Beginning at the NW corner of said SW 1/4, thence E 1200 ft thence S 600 ft , thence W 1004 5 ft , thence N 205 ft thence 11 195 5 ft to W line of Section 11, thence N 395 Ft to the point of beginning Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and order pub- lished this 20th day of May , A 1980, and to be pr ted for final passage on the 3rd day of June fi , A 0 198Q1� Ma or/T in AAA IvN ATTEST p ��,�yCity Clerk P Passed and adopted on final reading t s 3rd day of une , A D 1980 Ma o A ST yCer -2-
