OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI77-ZTF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues were received, and
WHEREAS, a Capital Projects Fund has been created to which proceeds
of a bond issue will have been deposited by the effective date of this
Ordinance for the construction of capital projects, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Council appropriate funds from
the Capital Projects Fund for capital projects to be constructed during
1980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund, the total sum of ONE
MILLION FOURTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,014,300) as follows

Street Rehabilitation Program $1,014,300
Introduced , considered favorably on first reading , and ordered
published this 20th day of May , A D 1980, and to be
presented for final passage on the 3rd day of June A D
