OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES FOR STORM SEWER DISTRICT NO 17
IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V. Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues were received, and
WHEREAS, a Capital Projects Fund has been createo to which proceeds of
a bond issue will have been deposited by the effective date of this ordi-
nance for the completion and construction of capital projects, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Council appropriate funds from the
Capital Projects Fund for capital projects to be constructed during 1980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund, the total sum of Two
Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Dollars ($286,000 00) for Storm Sewer Improve-
ment District No 17
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
