ORDINANCE NO 69, 1980
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE HORSETOOTH-HARMONY WEST ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Horsetooth-Harmony West
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "R-L-P" , Low
Density Planned Residential Zoning District
The South 1/2 of Section 34 and the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 34, EXCEPT the Northeast 1/4 of the said
Northeast 1/4, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado, and
Section 2 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Section 3 That the property be developed as Planned Unit Develop-
ments as the term "P U D " is defined to the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Fort Collins
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of May, A D 1980, and to be presented for final
passage on the 3rd day of June, A 0 1980
