CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE CUNNINGHAi, CORNEPS, 3rd ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLI14S
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Cunningham Corners, 3rd
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "R-P", Planned
Residential Zoning District
Considering the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of said
Section 26 as bearing N 89042 '55" E and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 26,
thence along the said South line, N 89°42 '55" E,
1318 69 feet to the True Point of Beqinning said point
being the Southeast corner of Cunningham Corner Second
Annexation, thence alonq the West line of Cunningham
Corner Second Annexation, N 00021140" W, 1325 24 feet
to a point on the South line of Worthington Farm First
Annexation, thence along said South line N 89046 '40" E,
330 21 feet to a point on the West line of Cunningham
Corner Annexation, thence along said West line S
00020110" E, 1324 88 feet to a point on the North line
of the West Horsetooth Annexation, thence along said
North line S 89042'55" W, 329 67 feet to the True Point
of Beginning
Said tract of land also described as the West 1/2 of
the Vest 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4
of the said Section 26
Section 2 That the City Enqineer is hereby authorized and oirected
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
