BEING AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CERTAIN
PROPERTY AS A HISTORIC LANDMARK
WHEREAS, the Cultural Resources Board of the City of Fort
Collins has, by Resolution, recommended to the City Council,
the designation of the property hereinafter described as a
historic landmark, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendation
of the Cultural Resources Board and has heard a report by
the members of said Board and desires to accept such recommendation
and designate said property as a landmark
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the structure known as the Atkinson
Property, located on lands described as follows, to-wit
Commencing at a point 787 2 feet East and
470 feet South of the 1/4 corner common to
sections 10 and 11, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P M , thence South 165
feet, thence East 60 feet, thence North
165 feet, thence West 60 feet to the uoint
of beginning
Also known and numbered as 930 West Mountain
Avenue
be and the same hereby is designated as a historic landmark in
accordance with the Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 3rd day of June , 1980 , and to
be presented for final passage on the 17th day of June ,
1980
