OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUES
IN THE LINCOLN COMMUNITY CENTER FUND
WHEREAS, Article V. Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in whicn such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins Foundation wishes to contribute donations
for the purchase of a timpani at Lincoln Community Center, and
WHEREAS, the Lincoln Community Center Fund is responsible for the
purchase of equipment to be used on a permanent basis at Lincoln Community
Center
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Lincoln Community Center Fund, the total sum
of THREE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED TWELVE DOLLARS ($3,712 00) for the pur-
chase of a timpani
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of June , A D 1980, and to be present for final
apssage on the 17th day of June A D 1980
