BEING AN ORDINANCE APIENDING CHAPTER 118
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE PICKETT ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Pickett Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-P, Planned Residential Zoning
District
A tract of land situate in the southwest 1/4 of the
southeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 8 North, Range 69
West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado,
which, considering the west line of said southeast 1/4
as bearing S 00021' E and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto, is more particularly described
as follows Begin at the south 1/4 corner of said
Section 36 and run thence N 00021' W 1007 95 feet along
said west line, thence N 89052 '30" E 515 00 feet,
thence N 00*21' W 315 00 feet, thence N 89052'30" E
814 20 feet, thence S 00005'10" W 1322 02 feet, thence
S 89050'05" W 1319 14 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 36 4774 acres, more or less
Section 2 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered p
lished this 17thday of June A D 1980, and t1presented or fi a
passage on the 1st day of July A D 1980
