OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE COMMUNITY SERVICE FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the Community Services Fund has been created for the purpose
of administering grant funds received by the City for special programs,
and
WHEREAS, the Community Services Fund has received additional monies
from the Housing Authority and Community Development Block Grant for the
continuance of special programs in 1980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Community Services Fund, the total sum of
NINETEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS ($19,172) as follows
Housing Rehabilitation & Counseling $12,675
(Housing Authority)
Project Administration 6,497
(Community Development Block Grant)
TOTAL $19,172
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this lst day of July A D 1 0, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of July A D 80
