OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, a Capital Projects Fund has been created to which proceeds of
a bond issue will be deposited in accordance with Ordinance No 73, 1980,
authorizing the sale of bonds for the improvements on West Mulberry,
Crestmore to Tyler, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to complete the construction of Street
Improvement District #74
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund, the total sum of ONE
HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($180,000) for the following
Improvement District ;7JMlayor
