j OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY-OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES
IN THE SEVEN YEAR CAPITAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to complete the construction of the Downtown
Employees Parking Lot and the Street Rehabilitation Program, and
WHEREAS, there are prior year reserves available in the Seven Year
Capital Program for these capital projects
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
prior year reserves in the Seven Year Capital Fund, the total sum of TWO
HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($232,000) for the purpose of trans-
ferring funds to the Capital Projects Fund for the following projects
Downtown Employees Parking Lot $ 9,600
Street Rehabilitation Program 222,400
TOTAL $232,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of July 19 , and to be pre ed for final
passage on the 5t day of August
