ORDINANCE NO 97 , 1980
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from the State
of Colorado totaling $180,009 27 and transfers from the Seven Year Capital
Fund of $232,000 and from the General Fund of $142,400, and
WHEREAS, a Capital Projects Fund has been created for the purpose of
accounting for and monitoring the construction of capital projects, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to provide a Street Rehabilitation
Program, landscaping for the Downtown Employees Parking Lot, and continue
street construction projects during 1980
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of FIVE
HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED NINE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-SEVEti
CENTS ($554,409 27) as follows
Downtown Employees Parking Lot $ 9,600 00
Street Rehabilitation Program 502,409 27
Street Capital 42,400 00
TOTAL $554,409 27
