OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE COMMUNITY SERVICE FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the Community Services Fund has been created for the purpose
of administering grant funds received by the City for special programs,
and
WHEREAS, a special program has been established whose purpose is
the comprehensive and convenient recycling of a wide variety of items,
and
WHEREAS, Council desires to assist such program in its efforts by
making available to such program the emergency use of a City truck
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Community Services Fund, the total sum of
Six Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars (S6,237 00) for the purpose
of covering the costs associated with Recycle Something' s use of a City
truck on an emergency basis
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
