ORDINANCE NO 101,1980
BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF THE
ALLEY IN BLOCK 284 OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of
the alley in Block 284 of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, more par-
ticularly described below, and
WHEREAS, the portion of said alley is not needed as an alley or
roadway, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said portion of alley, provided that there is reserved an easement for
utilities as now constructed in said alley
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following section of the described portion of the alley,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit
Commencing from a point 15 feet North from the East corner
of Lot 15, South along Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18 to the South-
east corner of Lot 18„ thence East 15 feet to a point on
the West line of Lot 14, thence North 140 feet to the
Northwest corner of Lot 14, thence West 15 feet to the Point
of Beginning
be, and the same hereby is, abolished, vacated and abated
Introduced and considered favorably on first reading this 15th day of
July, A D 1980 and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day
of August, A D 1980
