OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIOF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
FOX MEADOWS II REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by
changing the zoning classification from "T" Transitional Zoning District,
to "R-M-P", Medium Density Planned Residential Zoning District, for the
following described property in the City known as the Fox Meadows II
Rezoning
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 32,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P M , and
run thence South 89°34'14" East 500 00 feet, thence
South 00°01'49" East 1330 76 feet, thence North 89027'
57" West 500 00 feet, thence North 00001149" West
1329 85 feet to the point of beginning, containing
15 2692 acres, more or less
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of July A D 1980, a o be presented for final
