HomeMy WebLinkAbout103 - 08/05/1980 - REZONING THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE TILEY-CHANDLER REZONING 4W ORDINANCE NO 103 , 1980 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY—OF FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE TILEY-CHANDLER REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by changing the zoning classification from "R-P", Planned Residential Zoning District, to "I-P", Industrial Park Zoning District, for the following described property in the City known as the Tiley-Chandler Rezoning A tract of land situate in the East 1/2 of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado, which, considering the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 31 as bearing N 00°01'49" W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 31 and run thence along the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 31 S 00004144" W 290 00 feet, thence N 89°55'36" W 417 55 feet, thence S 54°29'24" W 145 22 feet, thence S 56057106" E 638 46 feet to the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 31, thence along said East line S 00004144" W 607 29 feet, thence N 83034'26" W 103 94 feet, thence N 70016'36" W 378 83 feet, thence N 62°51 '06" W 389 96 feet, thence N 38001'06" W 135 20 feet, thence N 69°12'06" W 181 37 feet to the East right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, thence N 89"56'06" W 264 98 feet, thence N 00000'43" E 846 48 feet, thence S 89°44'55" E 111 32 feet to the West right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, thence along said right of way line N 00°06' 43" E 1327 23 feet to the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 31, thence along said North line S 89053116" E 1211 74 feet to the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 31, thence along said East line S 00001149" E 1330 19 feet to the point of beginning, containing 66 5828 acres, more or less, and being subject to all easements and rights of way now in place or of record Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance 1 J Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- lished this 15th day of July , A D 1980, and to be presented for final passage on the 5th day of August , A D 198 1 'C�� &_6 �' ayd r 2tTZllerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 5th day of August , A D 1980 �2 Q i1l e Mayor ATTEST City Clerk -2-
