OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES
IN THE REVENUE SHARING FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated from prior
years, and
WHEREAS, the Revenue Sharing Fund has accumulated prior year reserves
in the amount of $45,000, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has favorably re-
viewed the planned expenditure for a feasibility study for Downtown Conven-
tion Center Complex for $45,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980, from
reserves accumulated in prior years in the Revenue Sharing Fund in the
total sum of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($45,000) for a feasibility study
of the Downtown Convention Center Complex
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 5 th day of August , A D 1980, and to be presented for final
passage on the T9 th day of August
