OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year ,n which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from the State
of Colorado, totaling $64,149 30, and
WHEREAS, a Capital Projects Fund has been created for the purpose of
accounting for and monitoring the construction of capital projects, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to provide a Street Rehabilitation Pro-
gram
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there ,s hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of
SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE DOLLARS AND THIRTY CENTS
($64,149 30)
