ORDINANCE NO 116 , 1980
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED WITHIN LOT 33,
THE FIRST REPLAT OF THE LANDINGS, FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of a
6 4' utility easement located within Lot 33, the First Replat of The
Landings, First Filing, more particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, the said portion of the utility easement is not presently
needed, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said utility easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following utility easement, more particularly described,
as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate in Lot 33, the first replat of
Landings, First Filing, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, which considering the west property line of
said Lot 33 as bearing South 00018' east and with all
bearings contained herein relative thereto, is more
particularly described as follows Begin at a point
which bears South 89042' East 6 0 feet, and again North
00018' West 39 1 feet from the Southwest corner of said
Lot 33 and run thence South 89042' West 3 feet, thence
North 00018' West 4 0 feet, thence North 89*42' East 3
feet, thence South 00018' East 4 0 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 12 square feet more or less,
be, and the same hereby is, absolished, vacated, and abated
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of �Au9.ust, A D 19 0, and to be presented for
final passage on the 2nd day of Se tembe D , 1980
