OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI7tUF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE S A V E ENERGY GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article J, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from Federal
Action Agency totalling $5,000, and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of providing
for an energy conservation program within the City of Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the S A V E Energy Fund the total sum of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000)
