OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COM11ONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY
INCLUDED IN THE BLEHM ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLOPADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Blehm Annexation to the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "R-L-P" , Low Density Planned Resi-
dential District
The northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 6 North,
Range 68 West
Section 2 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Section 3 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon and subject to the condition that the site be master planned as a
Planned Unit Development and that all uses permitted be a part of a Planned
Unit Development
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of September , A D 1980, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of Oc o er -, A D 1980
