ORDINANCE NO 127 , 1980
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS -
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED _-
REVENUES IN THE COMMUNICATIONS GRANT-FUND - - - -
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenues at any time during the
year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from the Lair
Enforcement Assistance Administration of the Colorado State Division of
Criminal Justice totalling Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Seven
Dollars and 75/100 ($18,237 75), and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of upgrading
public safety communications in Fort Collins and Larimer County, and
WHEREAS, the City has matching grant funds totalling Six Thousand
Seventy-Nine Dollars and 25/100 ($6,079 25) available in the General Fund
to transfer to the Communications Grant Fund
NOW, THEREFOPE, BE iT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is nereoy appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues to tie Communications Grant Fund the total sum of
Twenty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($24,317 00)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of September A D 980, and to be presented for
final passage on the 7th day of October A 19 _
