OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES A PORTION OF THE
KEENLAND ANNEXATION COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE RULE PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Rule Property in the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "B-P", Planned Business Zoning
District, said property being more particularly described as follows,
to-wit
A tract of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section 6,
T6N, R68W, of the 6th P M , Larimer County, Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows
Considering the west line of the NW 1/4 of said Section
6 as bearing S 00000'00" W and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the NW corner of said Section 6, thence
along the said west line S 00*00100" W, 1315 17 feet to
the true point of beginning
Thence N 90000100" E, 396 64 feet, thence S 00*00100"
W, 413 04 feet, thence S 90000100" W, 296 64 feet,
thence N 00000100" E, 413 04 feet to the true point of
beginning
The above described tract contains 3 761 acres and is
subject to all easements and rights-of-way now on
record
Section 2 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon and subject to the following conditions (1) uses be limited to
professional office uses as defined in the City of Fort Collins Zoning
Ordinance, and (2) the entire property be developed under a unified master
plan
Section 3 That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of October A D 1980, and to be presented for final
