OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUES
IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues anytime
during the year such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, we have received unanticipated revenues from private contri-
butions and from unanticipated contracts, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins would like to use
this money for the completion of the Milkhouse Project and for expanded
communication equipment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the General Fund the total sum of EIGHT THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,400) for the following programs as designated
Milkhouse Project $ 400
Communications Equipment 8,000
TOTAL $8,400
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of October 1980, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of October 1980
