OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIrY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING RESERVE FUNDS
IN THE GOLF FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate prior year reserves, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has decided to lease/purchase golf
carts at City golf courses, and
WHEREAS, the Golf Fund has reserves accumulated in prior years
to use for this purpose
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the total sum of SEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED, NINETY-THREE
DOLLARS ($7,493) be, and hereby is, appropriated from the Golf Fund for the
1980 lease/purchase payments on golf carts
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of October 1980, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of October 1980
