OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE ENERGY CONSERVATION GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenues at any time during the
year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from the Depart-
ment of Energy for the purpose of analyzing energy inefficiencies in City
buildings for EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($8,798 00),
and
WHEREAS, the City has matching grant funds totaling NINE THOUSAND TWO
DOLLARS ($9,002 00) available in the General Fund to transfer to the Energy
Conservation Grant Fund
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Energy Conservation Grant Fund the total sum
of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($17,800 00)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of October , A D 1980, and to be presented for
final passage on the 18th day of November , A D 1980
