ORDINANCE NO 145 , 1980
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI7Y--UF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
GOLDEN MEADOWS REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by
changing the zoning classification from "R-L-P" , Low Density Planned
Residential Zoning District, "R-P" , Planned Residential Zoning District,
and "B-P" , Planned Business Zoning District to "R-P", Planned Residential
Zoning District, "B-P" , Planned Business Zoning District, "R-M-P", Medium
Density Planned Residential Zoning District,and "R-L-P" , Low Density
Planned Residential Zoning District for the following described property in
the City known as the Golden Meadows Rezoning
R-M-P Zone
