OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which sUch revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, a Capital Projects Fund has been created for the purpose of
accounting for and monitoring capital projects, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to provide a Methane Fuel Conversion
Program
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of ONE
HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($129,600)

lished this 21st day of October , A D 1980, and to be presented for
final passage on this 18th day of Novem r , A D 1980
