BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDINC ARTICLE VIII
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
2-23 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins relating to the salary of the
City Attorney be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the
words and figures "Twenty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($29,500 00)
per annum", and by substituting therefor the words and figures "Thirty-
three Thousand Dollars ($33,000 00) per annum"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of October 1980, and to be presented for final
passage on the f-8th day of November` 1980
