OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATED
AMOUNTS FROM THE STREET OVERSIZING FUND TO
THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins as amended, provides that Council may authorize the transfer of
any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the Council has appropriated amounts in the Street Oversizing
Fund to be transferred to the Capital Projects Fund for traffic signal
installation projects, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to consolidate the total traffic signal
installation project budgets in the Capital Projects Fund
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($84,500)
be, and hereby is, transferred from the Street Oversizing Fund to the
Capital Projects Fund for expenditure on the traffic signal installation
projects and will be spent as follows
PROJECT AMOUNT
Drake Road/Taft Hill Road $21,500 00
Horsetooth/J F K Parkway $31,500 00
Horsetooth/Mason Street $31,500 00
TOTAL $84 500 00
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of January, 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of January, 1982
