OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF`FOPT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING BOND PROCEEDS
AND INTEREST INCOME IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
4JHFREAS, Article V , Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received bond proceeds for the construction
of neighborhood parks and has generated interest income thereon, and
WHEREAS, the cost for water and sewer permit fees required at Edora
and Rolland Moore Parks is $48,000, and
WHEREAS, an additional $46,450 is needed for the purchase of the
Huntington Hills Community Park site
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of NINETY-
FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($94,450 00) , as follows
Edora Park $10,000
Rolland Moore Park 38,000
Community Park Acquisition 46 ,450
TOTAL $94 ,450
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of January , 1982 , and to be presented for
final passage on the 19thday of January 1982
