OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ARTICLE YIII OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That Section 2-24 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relative to the salary of the Municipal Judge be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting the words and figures, "Thirty-Four Thousand Eight
Hundred Twenty-Six Dollars ($34,826) per annum" , and by substituting
therefor the words and figures "Thirty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($38,500) per annum "
Section 2 That the effective date of this Ordinance shall be January
4, 1982
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of January, 1982, and to be presented for final passage
on the 19th day of January, 1982
