OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ARTICLE VIII OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That Section 2-23 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relative to the salary of the City Attorney be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures, "Thirty-Three Thousand
Dollars ($33,000) per annum" , and by substituting therefor the words and
figures "Thirty-Six Thousand Dollars ($36,000) per annum "
Section 2 That the effective date of this Ordinance shall be Feb-
ruary 1, 1982
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of January, 1982 , and to be presented for final passage
on the 19th day of January, 1982
