OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from Colorado
State University totalling Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Seven
Dollars ($17,547) , and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purposes of construc-
tion at the Drake and Shields Intersection
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of Seven-
teen Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars ($17,547 00)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of January , A D 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 2nd day of February A D 1982
