OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES IN THE
SEVEN YEAR CAPITAL AND CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS
WHEREAS, Article V, Sections 8 and 15, of the Charter of the City
of Fort Collins provide that Council may appropriate reserves accumulated
in prior years at any time during the year, and may authorize the transfer
of any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another, and
and WHEREAS, the City wishes to pave the North City Hall parking lot,
WHEREAS, there are prior year reserves available in the Seven Year
Capital Fund to transfer to the Capital Projects Fund for this purpose
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982
Section 1 The total sum of One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars
($155,000 00) in the Seven Year Capital Fund for transfer to the Capital
Projects Fund
Section 2 The total sum of One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars
($155,000 00) in the Capital Projects Fund for the purpose of paving the
North City Hall parking lot
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of �nuar�, 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of February , 1982
