OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City will issue Special Improvement District Bonds to pay
for the costs of the South Mason Street and Utility Improvement District
No 75, and
WHEREAS, engineering, construction, close out, and contingency costs
for the District have been determined
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund, the sum of ONE HUNDRED
EIGHTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THREE DOLLARS ($181,403) for design and
construction costs of South Mason Street and Utility Improvement District
No 75
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 2nd day of February , A D 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 16th day of February A D 1982
