OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING BOND PROCEEDS
IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received bond proceeds for the construction
of neighborhood parks, and
WHEREAS, construction costs for Edora Park are $300,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of THREE
HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($300,000) for Edora Park construction
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 2nd day of February, 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of February, 1982
