OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 95-90
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF STREET
OVERSIZING FEES
WHEREAS, Section 95-91 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins pro-
vides for a quarterly adjustment of oversizing fees to be made by the
Director of Public Works, and
WHEREAS, said Director has recommended that in order to encourage and
support the local economy and to provide for a more equitable apportionment
of development costs, the oversizing fees should be adjusted downward
as follows

Residential $ 290 D U $ 246 D U
Industrial 2,750/Gross Acre 500/Gross Acre
Commercial 3,500/Gross Acre No Change
and

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City that the aforesaid
fees be established accordingly
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That Section 95-90(A) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and it hereby is, amended by deleting the words and figures
"Two Hundred Ninety Dollars ($290 00)" and substituting therefor the words
and figures "Two Hundred Forty-Six Dollars ($246 00)"
Section 2 That Section 95-90(B) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and it hereby is, amended by deleting the words and figures
"Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($2,750 00)" and by substituting
therefor the words and figures "Five Hundred Dollars ($500 00)"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 2nd day of February , A D 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of February , A D 1982
