HomeMy WebLinkAbout023 - 03/16/1982 - REZONING THE HORSETOOTH-TIMBERLINE OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL PARK REZONING � r f ORDINANCE NO 23, 1982 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE HORSETOOTH-TIMBERLINE OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL PARK REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by changing the zoning classification from "R-H," High Density Residential District, to "R-H," High Density Residential District, deleting the old conditions and adding thereto new conditions, for the following described property in the City known as the Horsetooth-Timberline Office/Industrial Park Rezoning A tract of land situate in the Northeast Quarter of Section 31 , Township 7 North , Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , Fort Collins, Colorado, which, considering the North line of said Northeast Quarter as bearing N 89°57' E and with all bearings contained herein rela- tive thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the Northeast corner of said Section 31 and run thence South 1329 85 feet along the East line of said Northeast Quarter, thence N 89°57 '30" W, 1056 87 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, thence along said right-of-way line, N 00°01 ' E, 1328 16 feet to a point on the North line of said Northeast Quarter, thence N 89°57 ' E , 1056 48 feet to the point of beginning , containing 32 2388 acres, more or less The net area exclusive of a 50 00 foot right-of-way for Horsetooth Road and a 60 00 foot right-of-way for Timberline Road , is 29 2622 acres , more or less Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Section 3 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon and subject to the following new condition that the development of the entire parcel be according to the criteria and requirements of §118-83 of the City Code, Land Development Guidance System for Planned Unit Devel- opments e s Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- lished this 16th day of February, A D 1982 , and to be presented for final passage on the 16thday of March, A D 1982 2km Mayor ATTEST lky"L�L \-� City Clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 16th day of March, A D 1982 Mayor ATTEST 14� City Clerk -2-
