ORDINANCE NO 30 , 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED IN STRACHAN SUBDIVISION
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the Council has been petitioned to vacate a utility easement
located in Strachan Subdivision of the City of Fort Collins as more par-
ticularly set out below, and
WHEREAS , the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain utility easement located in the Strachan Subdi-
vision, City of Fort Collins, as set out more particularly as follows, to
wit
A part of a 27 00 foot wide walk and utility easement
situate in Lot 1 , Strachan Subdivision, Second Filing,
Fort Collins, Colorado, which begins at a point which
bears N 89°45'30" E 111 80 feet and again N 00°27'15" W
31 62 feet and again N 45°34'15" W 26 14 feet and again
N 89045'30" E 409 00 feet and again N 00°14'30" W 20 00
feet from the southwest corner of Section 25 , Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M and run thence N
00°14'30" W 7 00 feet, thence N 89045'30" E 18 00 feet,
thence S 00°14'30" E 7 00 feet, thence S 89°45'30" W
18 00 feet to the point of beginning
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 9th day of March 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of April 1982
