OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue for the purpose
of housing rehabilitation work on Floyd E Loader' s house
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the County Community Development Block Grant Fund
the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars ($1 ,984 00) for
housing rehabilitation on Floyd E Loader' s house
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of March , A D 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of Aril , A D 1982
