OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING BOND PROCEEDS
IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 , of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received bond proceeds for the construction of
community parks, and
WHEREAS, construction costs for Rolland Moore Park are $3 ,092,000,
and
WHEREAS, an additional $5 ,000 is needed to pay for bond issuance
costs
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of THREE
MILLION NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,097,000) for Rolland Moore Park
construction and bond issuance costs
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of March , A D 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of April , A D 1982
