OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE EQUIPMENT FUND
WHEREAS Article V , Section 15 , of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS departments have budgeted funds totalling $40,282 (Forty
Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-two Dollars) for outside vehicle repair,
and
WHEREAS, a change in accounting procedures necessitates making these
funds available in the Equipment Fund
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Equipment Fund the total sum of $40,282 (Forty
Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-two Dollars)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
