OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V , Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City will receive unanticipated revenue from Larimer
County CDBG for the purpose of payments to be made to sub-contractors of
Crown Enterprises for housing rehabilitation work performed
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the County Community Development Block Grant Fund
the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($30,575) for
payment to sub-contractors of Crown Enterprises upon the following con-
tracts
1 Dean, 421 N Sunset, Fort Collins, CO
2 Humphries, 113 N Sunset, Fort Collins, CO
3 Noyer, 2910 W Mulberry, Fort Collins, CO
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 6th day of April 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of April 1982
