OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENTS AND
RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN THE COACHLIGHT PLAZA P U D
IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, City Council has been petitioned to vacate all of the utili-
ties, drainage, lake easements and rights-of-way dedicated on the Coach-
light Plaza P U D , and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has recently replatted this area to conform to
an amended P U D which was approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on
January 26, 1981 , and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that those certain easements and rights-of-way dedicated on the
Coachlight Plaza P U D be, and they hereby are, vacated, abated and
abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lised this 6th day of April 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of April 1982
